A delegation from the Institut de Physique des 2 Infinis de Lyon (IP2I) came to IJCLab on Monday February 22 to discuss with the laboratory management and consider various collaborations between the two laboratories. A. Ealet (Director of IP2I), L. Capoani (Technical Director), N. Moncoffre (Downstream of the Electronuclear Cycle) and M. Beuve (Radiobiology) visited the JANNuS-SCALP and ALTO platforms as well as the Pole's facilities Health. Throughout a day that was very rich in exchanges, they discussed with the departments and teams concerned as well as with members of the Nuclear Pole and the Andromède platform on current and future joint projects between the two laboratories. Prospects for transferring scientific material from IP2I to IJCLab platforms were also discussed.
