Presentation of the CNRS bronze medal to Nicolas Morange

It was at IJCLab that Benoît Forêt, CNRS Regional Delegate, presented his CNRS 2020 bronze medal to Nicolas Morange (PHE PHE, ATLAS), on September 23. It rewards the work accomplished by the one who began in the laboratory as a doctoral student and is now a researcher there. His team leader, Zhiqing Zhang reviewed his contribution to the discovery of the Higgs boson and all the work he has since carried out on the ATLAS project. Achille Stocchi, Director of IJCLab, praised the major role of young researchers who, like Nicolas Morange, contribute to the quality of the research carried out in the laboratory and congratulated him for this distinction.
