The European Physical Society (EPS) has included the Institut de Physique Nucléaire d'Orsay, now the constituent laboratory of IJCLab, in its list of "historic sites". This important event will be celebrated on October 13, from 9:30 a.m., with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque followed by a mini-conference on the history of the IPN and its scientific influence in Europe.
